Singapore Brekkie, Course 1

Made it to Singapore last night without much drama besides the shuttle
driver being late to pick me up, and actually got some sleep in the
room. Staying at the Intercontinental and it's amazing what the per
diem will get you here.

Here is the first course of my breakfast. Freshly prepared spinach
mushroom onion cheese omlette, quail egg, lachs and capers, salami and
pastrami, chinese steamed fish, chicken sausage, prawn dim sum,
roasted potato and vegetable medley, and excellent coffee. Best to get
the heavy stuff out of the way first.
